1-on-1 meditation

Themes

  • Demographic: Teens & Adults (13+)

    In this 3-part series, you will learn the fundamentals of posture, important components to traditional meditation practice, as well as an overall deeper understanding of meditation. There will be a brief time for practice in each session. You will also be provided a simple framework to creating & keeping a daily meditation practice.

  • Demographic: All ages.

    Learn to develop the skills to be at one with the mind through love and compassion, and intentionally focus on the breath in its many forms which creates room for understanding just how active our mind can be, and how harmful our self-critic is. If booking for a child, caregivers are welcomed free of charge.

  • Demographic: Youth (8 - 12)

    A practice that encompasses breathwork, self-compassion, and emotional awareness & regulation through guided visualization. Caregivers welcomed free of charge, so that you may learn the practice & eventually lead for your little one.

  • Demographic: Teens & Adults (13+)

    This practice centers on holding compassionate & curious space specific to our emotions and emotional landscape - even those emotions we can't quite label or define yet. We'll slowly examine the stories that are coupled with these emotions, gradually making way to separate the two. Our aim is to be tender with ourselves in all of the emotions we experience.

  • Demographic: Teens & Adults (13+)

    Lovingkindness is a crucial part of our daily lives and it's what makes us human. This class cultivates a traditional practice of benevolence directed toward a specific set of creatures (ourselves, a benefactor, a loved one, a neutral one, and a difficult one).

  • Demographic: Teens & Adults (13+)

    A practice to cultivate and strengthen love of self. Acknowledgement for progress, all things out of our control, and the courage to move forward... one step at a time. Includes regulated breathwork and contemplative practice on the self.

  • Demographic: Teens & Adults (13+)

    A contemplative practice devoted to cultivating an intention around our individual circumstances and feelings. We'll offer value to this intention, reframing our perspective of expectation as it pertains to this intention, and allowing for our future to be gently guided by this intention & its subsequent variability.
